摘要
The overriding objective of the present study was to explore the perceptions of male and female teachers at iran language institute regarding their attitudes toward classroom observation. This study also tried to find out the possible differences among the two groups of male and female teachers regarding their attitudes toward classroom observation. This study was a qualitative study in which a questionnaire has been employed. The questionnaire included seven domains. Overall, while both male and female participants had negative attitudes toward classroom observation, "student development and feedback time," received a relatively high mean, showing that these aspects of supervision have been among the few standards that were popular among the participants. The results showed that there is little difference was observed among the male and female teachers' perceptions in regard to classroom observation.
