摘要：
The results of experimental investigation of dynamic surface tension and surface electric potential of surfactant aqueous solutions are presented. The peculiarities of these properties are analysed. The equation for nonequilibrium process of adsorption and methods of definition of the adsorption mechanism are discussed.
