摘要
This article introduces the result of a Strategic Administration course dissertation research, of Universidade Salvador, prepared in 2006, involving the thematic participation, where exhibition the participation school community (parents, students dimension, teachers, employees and managers) in the municipal public schools administration in Salvador. Through the method study of case, it used the School Development Plan (PDE), that second Amaral Sobrinho and Xavier (1999) it is a built managerial instrument collectively, like participation school community main indicator in the administration. The result introduces objective and subjective forms that complicate the School Board involvement (CE) in the administration in a perspective liberation and the dimension where finds community's school participation in the municipal public schools administration in Salvador.
