摘要
Using double sampling, this paper presents generalised chain ratio-in-regression estimators for the finite population mean in the presence of non-response when the population of the main auxiliary variable is unknown but that of an additional auxiliary variable is known. The proposed estimators are found to be more efficient than the relevant estimators in case of fixed cost. Empirical studies have been made for the support of the problem.
