摘要：
Seeds of two wild relatives of sweet potato, Ipomoea trifida and I. amnicola, introduced from Peru germinated only in vitro in MS medium. Whereas the growth and establishment of plantlets of I. amnicola could be achieved on MS itself, I. trifida required 1-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) in the medium. In vitro derived plantlets were successfully established in soil in pots.
