摘要
The tumour-associated antigens have been detected in chromatin from lung and colon tumour cells. At least some of lung tumour antigens of chromatin are shown to be represented by the heteroorganic antigens, the same is with antigens from the colon cancer chromatin. Tumour-associated antigens are localized mainly in regions of chromatin hypersensitive to DNase I and are practically absent in regions preferentially sensitive to DNase I. Localization of such antigens in regulatory regions of genes strongly supports their participation in the regulation of genes transcription during carcinogenesis.
