摘要
The structure of phases and phase transitions in the Bi2Sr2CUOx system have been studied. Under varying thermal conditions two structural modifications, tetragonal and orthorhombic, are formed. They have different morphology and chemical composition. When temperature is varied, the phase transition between these modifications takes place. Its features are discussed.
