摘要：
Discontinuous platinum films were evaporated on dielectric substrates. Samples with an electrical conductance below and near the percolation threshold were prepared during one evaporation cycle. Power spectra of current noise were measured at various values of a current flowing through the samples. Dependence of the noise which is 1/f type on film thickness is discussed.
