摘要
The article shows the correlation between the growing dynamics of advertising market development and the increase of offenses in this sphere. Social and legal danger of illicit profit from misrepresentation in advertising in the context of the theory and practice of economic security provision is demonstrated. Organizational and legal measures to counteract the legalization of criminal profits in the sphere of advertising business are proposed.
