摘要：
The fact of electrical polarization of the giant Pilobolus cell was confirmed by means of extracellular microelectrode measurements (microelectrodes were introduced into drops of guttation liquid). It is demonstrated that the previously established apical-basal potential difference is associated with the functional state of the cell and is not a consequence of the influence of changing environmental factors or an artifact of the microelectrode method.
