摘要
The presence of indigenous populations in education was erased in the Historiograpy in Argentina. Through silencing and disregarding the populations, the (National) Government managed to keep remainders of the "Campaila del Desierto" out of sight during the incorporation process to citizenship through the education system. Nevertheless, after reading and analyzing the historical sources referred to this subject we could found special educational policies planned for the education of native inhabitants. That's why the following article aims to investigate the institutions thought for the schooling of indigenous in north Patagonia during the first half of the XXth century. The methodology is based on a comparative case study, between the "Escuela Agraria 'San Jose" and the project of the Aldea Escolar. The first one in charge of the Salesians Congregation and the other thought by the Consejo Nacional de Educacion. All along this research process we try to think about similarities as much as differences related to the conception regarding to natives that both the church and the State had.
