A STUDY OF PERSONAL PREFERENCES OF SUCCESSFUL UNIVERSITY-STUDENTS AS RELATED TO RACE ETHNICITY, AND SEX - IMPLICATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TRAINING, PRACTICE, AND FUTURE-RESEARCH

Distinctive value orientations of successful African American, Angle American, Asian American, and Hispanic American students on a predominantly Angle campus were identified by sex. Implications and recommendations for training and future research are presented and discussed.
