摘要
This article shows the necessity to make a suitable measurement of the magnitudes of power and electrical energy. Likewise, the developments achieved in this area in the "Escuela de Ingenierias Electrica, Electronica y Telecomunicaciones (E3T)" are presented as well. The purpose of this work is to establish the necessities to accomplish in an appropriate way these measurements and to develop tools to carry them out.
