摘要：
An electrostatic axially symmetrical multipole which gives a possibility to solve, in a new fashion, the problem of synthesis of a deflector-type analyser bending field, providing some given electron-optical characteristics, is constructed. New schemes for the sectorial analysers with improved characteristics are proposed. The deflecting electrode shapes are calculated.
