摘要
COFCl was photolyzed at 193 nm and at various total pressures. The parent molecule and the products were studied after irradiation by FTIR spectroscopy. The product molecules CO and COF2 were analyzed quantitatively, whereas the formation of ClF could be excluded. COFCl decays into at least two channels either by loss of chlorine or by loss of both halides. The apparent branching ratio shows pressure dependence. The overall quantum yield between 10 and 900 mbar was determined to be 0.98 +/- 0.09.
