摘要：
Control of ZYMV has been demonstrated in field trials at Wellesbourne and in Jersey by sap-inoculating courgette seedlings with a mild strain of the virus, prior to aphid-transmission of the severe strain. ZYMV has been found to be present in the testa and inner chlorenchyma tissue of the seed coat, but not in the cotyledon or embryo of mature courgette seeds.
