The effects of an anomalous W quadrupole moment on the decays b-->s-gamma and b-->s-mu+mu- are investigated. It is found that current experimental limits on B-->K*gamma can constrain the coupling constant for the anomalous coupling to \lambda(gamma)\ less-than-or-equal-to 10 for a top mass of 135 GeV. Further improvements on this limit could constrain the value to \lambda(gamma)\ less-than-or-equal-to O(1).
