FORMATION OF PULSATING THERMAL-DIFFUSION AUTOSOLITONS AND TURBULENCE IN A NONEQUILIBRIUM ELECTRON-HOLE PLASMA

摘要
It is shown that a static autosoliton, formed in an electric-field-heated electron-hole plasma, is transformed spontaneously into a pulsating spike autosoliton when the plasma is heated further. An increase in the degree of nonequilibrium increases monotonically the pulsation amplitude and the autosoliton splits. It is shown that such splitting of a pulsating autosoliton can give rise to static, pulsating, or stochastically oscillating dissipative structures, depending on the size of the system and on the parameters of a plasma and the degree of its heating. The mechanisms of formation of such dissipative structures and of turbulence are considered.
