摘要：

This paper considers the current state of airline revenue management technology and customer acceptance and attempts to forecast how RM is likely to evolve over the next ten years. Consideration is given both to technological advances that will enable certain improvements in the state of the art, as well as how customers are likely to respond and the implications of this on various airline strategies.
