REFLECTIONS ON HUMAN SPIRITUALITY FOR THE WORKSITE

This author struggles with the puzzlement that although spiritual well-being is the often recognized cornerstone to the wellness paradigm, it is hardly addressed within the context of worksite health promotion programs. He highlights several aspects of human spirituality in the context of health promotion and discusses how spirituality can be more fully integrated into worksite health promotion programs.
