摘要：

In the voice Perloff added when she made comparative studies on Modernist and Postmodernist lyricin Poetic License, we hear three things: her understanding of poetic license, her view on modernism and postmodernism, and her critical formula formalism + cultural studies. It is this voice that we need to listen to as it is distinctive and remarkable, particularly today when we are puzzled about what's going on "after theory".
