摘要
Analysis of the relative speeds between strand and mould. Presentation of a tribologic model which describes the different variations of the frictional forces between strand and mould in billet continuous casting with oil lubrication. Effect of steel grade, casting rate, mould oscillation frequency and mould oscillation stroke on the frictional forces. Reduction of the maximum and alternating shell load at mould oscillation without negative strip time. Optimization of the frictional force variation through combined low stressing of the strand shell, high-temperature strength of the steel grade and adequate heat transport from the casting strand.
