摘要：
This paper aims to examine the effect of moral norm on public transport passengers' behavioral intention in Bogor, Indonesia. This research is important because there is lack of research on the topic. The research used quantitative research methodology. Survey with questionnaire was performed in order to gather the research data. The respondents of the survey are 277 public transport passengers in Bogor, Indonesia. The research results show that moral norm influences public transport passengers' behavioral intention positively.
