摘要
In accordance with international environmental and transport safety legislation, risk assessment is necessary to develop response systems at all levels. The current models allow us to calculate the probability of traffic accidents (for example, collisions and stranding) or individual components of losses with environmental consequences. However, comprehensive studies in the field of developing mathematical models for assessing the environmental risk of traffic accidents on inland water transport bodies have not yet been carried out. The aim of our study is to develop a mathematical model for assessing the environmental risk of accidents on water bodies and methods for its practical implementation, taking into account the specifics of accidents in the waters of river ports, the processes of occurrence and development of environmental consequences. In the scope of the implementation of this goal, the following was carried out: an analysis of traffic accident statistics and factors determining the magnitude of damage were assessed, a mathematical model was proposed for assessing the environmental risk of traffic accidents on water bodies and a method for its practical implementation. In the future, it is proposed to test the proposed model and compare the results obtained with the limits specified in the existing legislation.
