摘要：
The article discusses the main directions of development of sports drinks currently attended at the market. The basic requirements for sports drinks, as well as there's basic functions are described. The functions listed as: ensuring an athlete with glucose, minerals, kreatine, protein and adaptogens as well as hydration of the body. Conclusions about the future prospects of sports drinks study are given.
