摘要：

This work focused the analysis from a communication point of view of the incidents that occurred at the end of the Marches of Dignity (March, 22.2014), in Madrid. After a brief review of the regulatory framework in Spain, the most important communicative aspects of these situations, emphasizing the role of social networks are analyzed. Authors propose what might be the role of public relations in the design of Media Plan and a Police social media strategy, ending with a series of conclusions and future challenges.
