摘要
The interaction characteristics of the systems Fe-Cr, Fe-Cr-Mn, and Fe-V with low (up to 0. 1%) and high silicon contents, with a slag having the initial composition 45%CaO, 15%MgO, 15%Al//2O//3, and 25%SiO//2, were established by investigation of surface tension, contact angle, and adhesion energy. Inclusion compositions consisted of ore residues from the reduction of iron and incompletely reduced chromium. Methods are proposed for increasing yield and cleanness of ingots.
