摘要：
The main thesis of this article is of particular importance for Russian innovations in energy saving technologies. Energy savings and increased energy efficiency are considered as a priority innovation. The paper analyzes in detail the statistics of energy consumption and energy efficiency in Russia and proposes measures on legal regulation of energy-efficient innovations. Article has mixed economic and legal nature, the analysis is carried out at the junction of economics and law (tax law and civil law).
