UNION REPRESENTATIVES WITH MANDATE EXTENDED AND THEIR COLLECTIVE BARGAINING POWER

When the mandate of union representatives expires and the elections have not yet been held, it is automatically extended. However, the question arises as to whether or not they have the capacity for collective bargaining power on behalf of the most representative trade unions they represent, in accordance with Additional Provision 4 of the Organic Law on Freedom of Association, both in the private sector and in the public function.
