摘要：

Aware of the technological and scientific transformations of the present under influence of the globalization, scientific investigations as for the theme of the high skills, they appear necessary and essential, in an emphasis the diversity. The present study intends to discuss, in this way, contemporary reflections with bases in inquiries in the area, in way to establish a relation between some of the priorities in the formal knowledge and the marks to enlargement of opportunities for such subjects.
