Objective: The goal for this project is for students to develop their interpersonal communication competence. Students identify an interpersonal competency (skill) that they wish to develop (or eliminate) to become a more effective communicator. Courses: This assignment is designed for use in a skills-focused undergraduate interpersonal communication course.
