摘要
The effect of the height of the gradient zone on the profile of the crystallization isotherm during growth from the melt of calcium fluoride crystals by the Bridgman-Stockbarger vertically oriented crystallization method is investigated. The analysis is performed by means of a mathematical model of radiative-conductive heat exchange in a cylinder of finite size having a vacuum space at the upper boundary.
