THE REALISM OF THE TRUTH: GARCIA BACCA LEE TO WILLIAM JAMES

摘要：
The affinity between American thought and Spanish's thinkers of late nineteenth century and early twentieth is even more clear that it seemed in the beginning. In this essay I analyze the relation between the American philosopher W. James (1842-1910) and the exiled Spanish philosopher J.D. Garca Bacca (1901-1992). It also holds that from the reading of Jame's pragmatism Garcia Bacca adopted a position that explains some aspects of his laters proposals.
