摘要
The paper discusses the conceptualization of Occupational and Organizational (O-O-) Psychology as so-called Applied Psychology by means of the example of approaches of the psychological analyses of job requirements. Some productive methodological approaches of the analysis of job requirements are elaborated for machine-minding tasks which are just resulting from the interaction of basically and interventionally oriented issues of O-O-Psychology. O-O-Psychology is proposed to be conceptualized as the whole Psychology dealing with work settings and, thus, simultaneously coping with basically, theoretically, and interventionally oriented topics.
