摘要
A wide range of problems faced by modern society can be solved through close collaboration between public authorities and the private sector. Public Private Partnership is a way of introducing private management in public services through a long-term contractual relationship between an operator and a public authority. Fundamentally, the public-private partnerships provide full or partial public service, depending on private attracted funds. The success of the rapid growth of the agricultural insurance segment depends primarily on legislative coherence in the field of agriculture, and on the ability of insurance companies to offer quality assurance products and to treat customers as joint, profitable business partners for both parts. The main objective of this research is to strengthen the agricultural sector and at the same time the sustainable development of agricultural insurance by setting up a public private partnership, in which the Government and the state authorities, to develop an organizational framework for the application of the risk management procedures in agriculture and assessment of damages.
