States as a factor of succession in law

The problem of the legal conditions is considered in the article in the context of the phenomenon of continuity in law. Their prevalence, repetition and social importance lead to the fact that the necessity to reflect conditions in law maintains even while reforming the legal system. That is why, as a rule, even in the newest source of law one can find already known legal conditions. They present a major factor stipulating continuity in law.
