摘要
Hemodialysis is an invasive technique allowing blood purification for a determined period. In the intensive care unit (ICU), it is used for the treatment of acute kidney injury. We have developed a training course to certify all ICU nurses for hemodialysis competency. This course is based on lectures, slides available on ICU Intranet, the circuit's assembly workshops, and simulation workshops to learn how to manage hemodialysis incidents. This course is flexible, depending on the technical level of each individual, and is further self-evaluated.
