摘要：
The article is based on the results of the sociological survey conducted by the scientists of the Institute of Sociology of Russian-Academy of Science that is devoted to such historical dates as the 70th anniversary of Soviet-German Pact (1939), the 70th anniversary of World War II, and the uniting of Germany. These events had an enormous influence as on the international relations as well as on the domestic political situation in our country. As a result the Russians have become the people oriented on European values.
