摘要
The aim of the research was to analyze the influence of leadership on organizational culture and the effect that results in organizational effectiveness. In this research direction the possible mediating effect of leadership on the relationship between organizational culture and organizational effectiveness was considered. As a basic research question that arises is: How does leadership mediate in the relationship between organizational culture and organizational effectiveness? The review made it possible to characterize that investigate the possible mediating effect of leadership on the relationship between organizational culture and effectiveness organizacional. is an important issue that various investigations have been reported but there are observed gaps, among which are: the need to consider the impact of other social contextual factors relating to the analysis of organizational culture, longitudinal studies that may consider the dynamics of the interaction between leadership styles and organizational culture. Regarding organizational effectiveness is necessary to define the possible financial and non-financial indicators of leadership. Although most of the work reported on this issue are quantitative type, to analyze cases of different organizations and characterize management styles that each of them implement can be important to determine the management styles and cultures that characterize successful organizations.
