摘要
It is studied interaction of artificial sweetener of aspartame with geteropolyanion PMo12O403- by the method of: amperometric titration. Insoluble associates that formed were used as as electrode-active matters in the improved membranes of ionselective electrodes. The electrodes have function of exchange by organic cation of synthetic sweetener aspartame. The proposed method of direct potentiometric determination of aspartame, possess a higher sensitivity, selectivity expressivity and accuracy
