摘要
Peripheral arterial occlusive disease leads to ischemic pain and requires therapy. Nevertheless, vascular therapy itself causes perioperative pain. As aconsequence, perioperative pain management is required as well as causal therapy. Pain must be measured and reasonably treated. Systemic drugs and regional procedures are available. Beside vascular therapy, infection treatment, wound management and physical therapy also reduce pain.
