摘要
The vast universe of activities developed by the public administration, based on its role in the service of ever-increasing and changing social needs, makes administrative law a dynamic discipline, in a permanent formation. In recent years, the phenomenon of globalization and its manifestations such as regulations of supranational scope, economic liberalization or privatizations, has produced important innovations, both structural and in the forms of action and relations of the public Administration; what has led administrative law to a rethinking of its main theoretical postulates. This paper aims to address some of the key lines in the transformation of the discipline of administrative law in the globalization era. To do this, we will first make a descriptive approach to the development of the administrative functions in this context, beginning with those that take place at the supra state level notsign and its consequent impact on the domestic level (I), and then with those that develop towards the inside of the State (II); to finally, expose some of the key ideas developed by the doctrine (III), based on a scientific and methodological transformation of administrative law in the face of the new reality.
