Niponic Management of Investigation & Development in the Iberian Peninsula Enterprises Performance

This article respects to one of the suggestions for future research that had been presentes in my doctorate thesis and has objective to investigate the existing relation between the niponic investigation a development management system and productivity in companies, with activity in Iberian Peninsula. Methodology was as folows. A questionnaire was devised for information gathering investigation a development management patterns. The financial information, used when creating a investigation a five-year data panel for each company, was gathered through a database Duns&Bradstreet/Exame. Through statistic evaluations it was verify that the competition between enterprises with niponic capital, it's not induce by the economic competition, and the same enterprises used competitive strategies based on the qualification of the human resources and technological process.
