摘要
This study addressed client/treatment interaction in a group career decision-making intervention with community college students using Holland's vocational identity construct as the salient personal characteristic. Workshop participants and high identity students were more decided than controls and low identity students; homogeneous group members were more decided but less satisfied than heterogeneous group members.
