摘要：
This text aims to bring provocations on the construction of pedagogical practice at daycare centers that dialogue with the principles pointed out in the National Curricular Guidelines for the Education of Ethnic-Racial Relations and for the Teaching of African and African-Brazilian History and Culture, approved by the National Council of Education (CNE 003/04) and its Resolution 01/04. From the dialogue built with legal documents and literature related to the specificity of the pedagogical practice developed at daycare centers, we may point to the need of a non-school education for handling the knowledge about African and African-Brazilian culture in this stage of education.
