TO THE QUESTION ABOUT THE RELEVANCE OF DEVELOPMENT OF SYSTEM OF SAFETY PRODUCTION OF MINING ENTERPRISES

High accident rate indices, and that of the breakdown rate, as well as insufficiently valid methods (of management activity) to reduce the number of physical injuries and failures, intercept Russia from joining WTO, as, when enterprises enter the foreign markets, it is desirable that management in the field of industrial accident prevention should meet the international demands, i. e. conform to some standards, such as ISO series 14000, OHSAS series 18000. This makes it necessary to work out some methodology of development of the industrial accident prevention system at mining enterprises that ensures a steady breakdown rate and accident rate reduction.
