摘要：

The sustainable development of the regional economy is capable of stabilized vat socioeconomic development of Russia, as it depends on the formation of the main part of incomes of regional budgets, employment, formation of social regional infrastructure, as well as ensuring effective demand. It all serves as a stimulus to the further development the industry, business, trade, and, consequently increase life quality of the population. Efficient managing-of sustainable development of the economy in the region consists in its balanced development, reaching by a regional system a qualitatively new state, ensuring the preservation and increment of economic, human, ecological and investment potential of the region.
