LIVING, DENIAL AND CONSTITUTION OF CULTURAL PRODUCTION AND SOCIAL CHANGE - CONTEMPORARY ASPECTS OF CULTURAL POLICY IN MONTENEGRO

The paper explores the field of contemporary cultural and artistic creativity, which exercises the specific meaning production, i.e. defines contemporary forms of diffusion of works of art which ultimately create the archives of Montenegrin culture. In addition to mapping, the present study also tackles the issue of cultural policy, its achievements and limitations. The author analyzes the various forms of contemporary cultural practices, which inevitably touches upon the analysis of institutional arrangements and capacity of Montenegrin culture, i.e. its organizational structure, which, together with the people who make it, defines the production, distribution and mediation of cultural and artistic content.
