摘要
This article describes the way in which the organization has made use of its managerial scope as an Executive Agency to improve its performance. Continuity and clarity of task provided the context for a shared vision and a programme of change to get there. This fed into specific policies focused on delivering business results. Employee and client surveys provide a useful insight into progress and suggest that positive change is being achieved, together with improved service delivery.
