摘要
The opossum (Didelphis marsupialis) behavior was satisfactory at the laboratory conditions. The animals were susceptible to the agents of cattle tick fever disease. They were infected subcutaneously with fresh blood of cattle parasitized with 0,037% of Babesia bovis and 19% of Anaplasma marginale. The clinical symptoms observed were limited to the anemia and the increase of temperature. The parasitaemia and increase of temperature were intermittent from 10th to 45th days after the inoculation.
